What Is Mindset Armor
Mindset Armor Coaching provides online courses, 1-to-1 coaching, group sessions, and event speaking services, either online or in person. We use several different methods of transformation including NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Autogenics, Meditation, Brain Health, and others. We’ve created our flagship 16-week program for groups and individuals, however, every session is tailored to the specific needs of each client to bring out the best version of themselves. We also offer weekly group coaching calls and our private Discord channel to provide extra support through a community-based model. There is no shortage of support when you work with Mindset Armor Coaching. Make no mistake, clients are held accountable and the harsh truth will be told but it will always be done with compassion and empathy. Your best self is only a click away.
Welcome to Mindset Armor and congratulations on taking the first step toward your best life. My name is Kevin Ross and I started Mindset Armor Coaching as a result of my own personal struggles. I’m not going to bore you with stories of a troubled childhood and how I rose from distress. My struggles were mostly self-created. But as I began the journey of personal growth, I realized that I was very much in control of how good or bad my life was currently and would be in the future. I also realized that all of it was directly related to my mindset which was completely in my control. From that point on, I stopped giving control to other people and situations. I stopped letting outside influences determine how I was going to feel and what I was going to accomplish in my life. As a result, I felt like I had been released from prison and, in a way, I had.
As I continued to grow and my life continued to improve, I noticed how many other “normal” people were living in the same prison from which I escaped. It was frustrating to see so many people suffering when I knew from experience that they were suffering unnecessarily. I decided that I could not be selfish with the information, tools, and strategies that I had learned. It became my mission to help others free themselves and live a life better than they ever thought possible using the same strategies and tools that I’ve used to take back control of my emotions and my life, both personally and professionally.

Mindset coaching is for you if you answer “yes” to any of the following:
- You feel like something is missing in your personal or professional life
- You are unhappy multiple times a day and/or multiple times per week
- You feel unfulfilled in your career and/or relationships
- You find yourself getting angry or frustrated, frequently over trivial things
- You are generally happy but you feel like there’s a better version of yourself that you’d like to discover
- You have things in your life that you feel make you upset or unhappy
- You have people in your life that “push your buttons”
- You find that your are often undisciplined, impatient, or unmotivated.
The programs are tailored to the specific needs of each client with regard to areas of coaching and duration. Some clients will only need four weeks while others may need 16, 24, or even 52 weeks.
Typically, programs last 16 weeks with the first 8 weeks focusing on tearing down limiting beliefs and conventional ways of thinking. The next 8 weeks focus on building the foundation for new thought patterns and belief systems as well as setting personal and professional goals for the future.
Clients who wish to partake in maintenance coaching have the opportunity to signup up for a membership which gives them continued access to the weekly coaching calls and email contact with the coach whenever they feel the need for additional, ongoing support.
